Returns
How do I start a return?
- Click Request return in the order details section of your customer account, or Contact us directly to initiate the return
- Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions.
Please do not send back items without prior authorisation—they won’t be accepted.
What is the return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible:
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original sealed packaging
- Must include hygiene seal (if applicable)
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Please return with the dispatch note or leave a note inside with the order number so we can allocate the return. Please do not add any other notes.
How long does it take to process a return?
- Returns are processed within 3 working days of receiving your item
- Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method (card or PayPal)
- Refunds typically take up to 10 business days to appear in your account
- If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us.
What if my item is damaged, defective, or incorrect?
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is wrong, contact us immediately so we can sort it out as quickly as possible.

No, we do not offer exchanges.
If you'd like a different product, simply return the item you have and place a new order once your return is approved.

Yes! Under the EU 14-day cooling-off period, you can cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes!
We offer free standard tracked delivery for orders over:
50 EUR / 40 GBP in the EU and UK
85 USD / 65 GBP / 75 EUR in the US in the US
Approx. 75 GBP / 95 USD / 85 EUR in the rest of the world
How long does delivery take?
Here are the estimated shipping times:

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes, for international orders (outside EU/UK) you can select Express Shipping (€19.99) at checkout for faster delivery (1–3 business days).
How quickly do you process orders?
Orders are processed within 24 hours (Monday to Friday). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Do I need to pay customs duties or VAT?
For EU customers – no customs or VAT charges apply.
For UK customers – orders under £135 are VAT-inclusive and delivered without additional charges.
Orders above £135 may be subject to VAT or customs fees at delivery, in accordance with UK import rules.
For other countries, local duties or taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
