Where do you ship to?

What should I do if my package is damaged or incomplete?

Our products are tested and compliant with EU cosmetics regulations. Ingredients are listed on each product page.

How do I initiate a return?

Can I return an opened cosmetic product?

Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used cosmetic products cannot be returned.
